Lead and Copper Testing

Dear Resident,

During the next few weeks, Reid Road MUD 2 will be conducting a Lead and Copper test, required by the State of Texas, on your water system. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requires this test to ensure safe drinking water. Your address could be selected by the state for this process.

The operator will leave a sample bottle with instructions at your doorstep, if your address is selected by the State. Please fill the bottle to the top with your kitchen tap water, fill in the label on the bottle, and set it outside. We will be picking up the bottles the following day.

For questions or more information, please refer to the instruction sheet attached or call 281-367-5511.

Thank you and have a great day.

Sincerely,
Koby Boman
